Talk by CLAIRE FONTAINE at REGINA GALLERY, LONDON

Claire Fontaine is a Paris-based collective artist, founded in 2004. After lifting her name from a popular brand of school notebooks, Claire Fontaine declared herself a "readymade artist" and began to elaborate a version of neo-conceptual art that often looks like other people's work. Working in neon, video, sculpture, painting and text, her practice can be described as an ongoing interrogation of the political impotence and the crisis of singularity that seem to define contemporary art today.

STAS VOLYAZLOVSKY was awarded the International Prize named of KAZIMIR MALEVICH

39-year-old Ukrainian artist Stas Volyazlovskiy was awarded the International Prize of Kazimir Malevich, which was founded in 2008 in honor of his 130th anniversary. This year on award competition 51 demand has been submitted.

Presentation of catalogue-monograph IVAN CHUIKOV

Regina Gallery have the honor to present the catalogue-monograph IVAN CHUIKOV. Ceremony of presentation will take place 18 November 2010, 6 p.m. at Moscow Museum of Modern Art (17, Ermolaevsky Lane).

Visitors will be able to meet artist Ivan Chuikov, exhibition curator and catalogue's compiler Mila Bredikhina, and other authors for the edition. Special price for the catalogue with the artist's autograph will be offered on the night.

REGINA OPENS NEW GALLERY IN LONDON

Regina is pleased to announce the opening of a new gallery in London in April, situated at 22 Eastcastle Street in the arts-hub of Fitzrovia. The venue will be the first permanent space run by Regina Gallery outside of Moscow, and will develop the gallery's activities of presenting the most exciting international art as well as focusing on established and emerging art from Russia and Ukraine.
