Vlad Kulkov born in Latvia, Liepaya, in 1986. Lives, works and studies in Saint-Petersburg.
2010 - PhD student, The State Russian Museum
2006 - travels to Peru, South America improving and extending his work methods and instruments
2005 – 2008 - student at Pro Arte Institute, «Visual Arts» programme
2003 – 2008 - student at the Saint-Petersburg State Art and Industrial Academy
