Natasha Struchkova was born in Moscow in 1968. She graduated from the Moscow Institute of Architecture in 1993 and the Institute of Contemporary Art in 2000. She is a recipient of the Intel ‘Internet Prize’ and a member of the art- ists group ABC. She has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Russia and abroad, including the Garage Center for Contemporary Culture, Moscow (2010), Pinchuck Art Center, Kiev (2009), Museum of Modern Art in Toyama (2006), Hiroshima City Museum of Contemporary Art (2006), BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, Gateshead (2007), State Tretyakov Gallery, Moscow (2005), Centre for Contemporary Art Ujazdowski Castle, Warsaw (2004) as well as the Mos- cow Biennale. The artist’s first solo exhibition FUTURUSSIA took place at Regina Gallery in 2004.
